Open Communications → Broadcast Announcement.
1

Write the announcement

Enter a useful title and message. Explain what residents need to know, such as a water outage’s affected hours and property.
2

Choose recipients

Select all tenants or a property’s residents. Property targeting follows tenants currently assigned to units in that property.
3

Choose delivery channels

Choose in-app, email, SMS, or a combined option. In-app notices appear in the resident portal; email and SMS are sent after you submit the announcement.
4

Review the estimate

Check email and SMS recipient counts, SMS segments and reserved cost. Invalid contact details are reported and skipped; repeat addresses/numbers are deduplicated within each channel.
5

Queue and follow progress

Choose Queue Broadcast. Check its delivery counts on the announcement card and the per-recipient rows in Delivery history.

Understand delivery states

Queued is not a guarantee that every recipient has received the announcement. Check that recipients have valid contact details and that your organization has enough SMS credit. Contact support about repeated delivery failures.
For operational notices, specify dates, times and the affected building clearly. Review the audience before sending an announcement to the entire portfolio.
