Enter the resident’s details
Required fields are the full name, email and phone. Optional fields include national ID/passport number, emergency-contact name and emergency phone. Use a separate tenant email: an email already attached to a landlord/staff account or another organization cannot be reused to register a new tenant.Attach up to three documents
1
Add a document option
In Tenant Documents (Optional), choose Add Document. You may add zero, one, two or three documents.
2
Name it
Enter a descriptive name, such as National ID copy, Signed agreement or Supporting letter. The name is what your team will see on the tenant profile.
3
Choose its file
Choose Choose File and select a PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, DOC or DOCX file. Each file must be no larger than 10 MB.
4
Review the options
Every added option needs both a name and a file. Remove an unused option before saving. The Add Document button stops at three files.
5
Save the profile
Choose Save Profile and wait for confirmation. The profile and attachments are saved together through the registration flow.
Download a saved document
Find the resident card in All Resident Profiles and choose Download beside its document name. The system checks your organization access before returning the file. Attachments are stored privately rather than served as public upload links. Refresh the page to check that the names and download buttons remain. If registration fails, correct the error and try again; failed registrations clean up their uncommitted files. This upload option is currently part of registration. The guide does not assume a document-editing or replacement screen for existing tenants.
