Open Properties & Blocks before adding units.
1

Create a property

Choose Add Property and enter the property name, type, street address or plot, city, rental currency and optional description/photo.
2

Choose its structure

For one building, leave Multi-block / compound property off and set its floor count. For a compound, turn it on; individual blocks will hold their own floors.
3

Save and verify

Choose Save Property. Check its name, location, currency and structure type on the new card. Unit and occupancy counts begin at zero.
4

Add compound blocks

Choose Add Block, select the compound, enter a block name and number of floors, and save. Use clear names such as Block A or East Wing.

Keep naming consistent

Use one property for the physical site and blocks for buildings inside it. For example, Garden Compound → Block A → A-101 helps staff and residents identify a unit without confusing it with B-101. Property cards show total units and occupancy. Those numbers update as you add units and activate leases. Editing a property’s details does not create units automatically.
Your subscription may limit the number of properties. Check Subscription & Billing if a new property cannot be saved.
Continue with single and bulk units.
