After signing in as a landlord or staff member, the sidebar is your main navigation.

Overview	Review billed rent, collections, outstanding balances, occupancy, recent receipts and active repairs.
Properties & Blocks	Buildings, compounds, structures and unit templates.
Units Directory	Rentable units, rent suggestions, floors and occupancy.
Tenants & Leases	Resident profiles, documents, contracts and extensions.
Ledger & Payments	Charges, payment receipts, allocations and deposit records.
Operating Expenses	Repair, utility, cleaning and vendor costs.
Reports & Analytics	Currency-based financial summaries and arrears.
Maintenance	Report and resolve unit repair requests.
Communications	In-app, email and SMS announcements; SMS credit and delivery history.
Staff & Team	Team members and organization settings.
Subscription & Billing	Your SaaS plan, usage limits and renewal submissions.

Read the numbers carefully

Occupancy compares occupied units with total units. Creating a tenant profile does not occupy a unit; activating a lease does. Expected billing comes from rent charges, and a receipt only settles the charges to which it is allocated. A property can use its own currency. Review reports by currency before comparing amounts; consolidated figures are not an exchange-rate conversion.

Find a record

Use the navbar search or a screen’s filter to locate a property, unit, tenant or ticket. If a record is missing, clear filters and confirm you are signed in to the correct organization. See troubleshooting for failed saves or stale screens.
